Michelle began her practice in London, ON in the not-for-profit sector and hospital setting where she worked directly with children, adolescents, and adults in individual, couple and family therapy. She developed specialized skills in addressing childhood trauma, family violence, family and couple relationship concerns, anger, self-esteem, and mental health concerns related to depression and anxiety.
Michelle believes we all have the capacity to heal naturally, but recognizes sometimes we get stuck and need counselling to address this. Her intention is to provide you with a safe space to share your stories and to help you to fulfill the hopes you have for your life.
Michelle has received great feedback from her clients and witnessed her clients overcome serious concerns with the assistance of psychotherapy. She is an advocate, a confidant, and a true emotional support for each client she encounters. Michelle lives in London, ON where she also facilitates workshops and teaches at Brescia and Kings University Colleges. Michelle loves working with people directly, engaging in research that contributes to innovative therapy, and teaching. She enjoys travel, spending time outdoors, reading, and time spent with her flat-coated retriever and St. Bernard.
