Welcome to our practice! We are a group of Social Workers and Psychotherapists, offering our clients a wide range of experience and areas of specialty.

We work with adult individuals who are searching for therapy for a variety of reasons. Our clinicians have experience working with clients who have experienced recent stress or trauma, as well as historic abuse & trauma, life transitions, and relationship issues. We regularly work with first responders and individuals of all genders and people from a wide range of sexual orientations and gender identities.

Psychotherapy

Individual therapy is customized to your unique needs and objectives. In individual therapy, you’ll explore your background and life experiences, then establish goals to accomplish in therapy. Psychotherapy allows you to create lasting change by identifying and healing the root of your pain or insecurity.

Therapy For Trauma

Trauma can be caused by a single incident, such as an assault or accident, or it can be caused by multiple events over the course of a person’s life. The good news is, trauma doesn’t have to be permanent, and you can learn to cope with the emotional, physical, cognitive, spiritual, and behavioural effects of trauma. Our experienced therapists provide trauma therapy using a wide variety of approaches including EMDR, IFS, Somatic Therapy, CBT, Attachment therapy, hypnotherapy, and more.

Therapy For Anxiety, Stress and Mood

 It is normal to feel stressed and anxious from time to time, but if you are experiencing chronic feelings of stress and uncertainty that interfere with your day-to-day functioning, counselling can help.
