Has life been feeling confusing and overwhelming? In recognizing the courage needed to ask for support, it would be an honour to walk alongside you on your journey, offering a space where your challenges are met with understanding and compassion.

I am a dedicated social work student committed to creating a collaborative therapeutic experience tailored to your specific needs. My approach is grounded in creating an empathetic and nonjudgmental space to explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and experiences. In my practice, I believe in meeting individuals wherever they are in their lives. Whether you’re navigating relationships and life’s transitions, coping with stress, or seeking reflection and healing, I am here to offer an affirming space to gain insight, uncover your internal strengths, and learn effective ways to cope with life’s challenges.

I use an integrative approach borrowing theories from various evidence-based therapies including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), attachment theory, emotion-focused therapy (EFT), and internal family systems (IFS). Additionally, I draw on a background in neuroscience to integrate the body and mind connection. Overall, I aim to take a holistic trauma-informed approach to understand the interplay between the personal, relational, and societal experiences that are relevant to your life.

In my spare time, I enjoy travelling, spending time in nature, and connecting with friends and family.
