Laura Earle MSW, RSW

Life comes with many challenges, and it can be hard to reach out for support. I aim to create a safe, warm environment to allow you to share your story. I care about your wellness and aim to support you along every step of your journey. I am passionate about empowering individuals to build coping skills, create goals, and work through difficult emotions. I use a strength-based, trauma-informed lens and work to provide techniques that best suit your needs.

I am a registered Social Worker with a Masters of Social Work degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. I have worked as a Counsellor for five years with a focus on anxiety, depression, anger, difficult relationships, domestic violence, and trauma. I often use aspects of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness in practice. I believe in the mind-body connection and the importance of using an eclectic approach, as we are all unique individuals. I look forward to working with you along your healing journey.

Outside of work you can find me walking my dog, enjoying nature, and practicing my skills in the kitchen.
