  • Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist

I am a Psychotherapist and Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. I have a passion for working alongside clients who are feeling held back by their past experiences. By specializing in trauma work, I support individuals living with anxiety-related disorders, personality disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, complex post-traumatic stress disorder, moral injury, and more. I offer a collaborative approach, working together to create an individualized treatment plan that best supports you on your unique journey towards healing and recovery.

My practice incorporates a blend of therapeutic approaches such as mindfulness, meditation, somatic therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I recognize and value each person’s capacity for resilience and change. I am dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgmental environment to provide exceptional individual therapy.

In addition to therapy, I offer clinical supervision services to Registered Social Workers, Registered Social Service Workers, and Psychotherapists focused on supporting clinicians interested in working with trauma, EMDR therapy, mindfulness, and somatic integration. I offer a non-judgmental space to explore clinical practice, grow confidence, and strengthen reflexivity. If you feel like we may be a good fit for one another, please reach out to schedule a consultation.

If you’re wondering if I can help you, please contact me and we can determine together if I am the right fit for you.

When I am not working, you can find me streaming the latest Netflix docuseries or outdoors playing with my dogs Otis and Stitch 🐶.
